CNCC-II is capable of providing catering service for 10,000 to 15,000 people at the same time whilst more intimate settings can be served both in private dining areas as well as in the themed Chinese classic gardens on the rooftop. Ask our Co-ordinator about special packages for One-day or Half-day conferences as well as our range of Menus designed by our chefs for a variety of occasions.

With the experience of Olympic Games the security systems in place have been trained to unobtrusively secure high level international events including security arches, CCTV and secured VIP entrances/exits. Understanding your event as well as other events running at the same time, the Co-ordinator will be well placed to work with the Security Manager to design efficient traffic flow not only for your guests, visitors and VIP’s but also for delivery of your goods.

CNCC-II's Housekeeping department provides a constant service in the public areas and, if required, can also provide a pre-show clean after set up and daily clean of your event area. Disposal of waste and packaging can also be arranged.

Timed deliveries will be arranged through your Co-ordinator to ensure timely arrival of goods and minimal storage time.

Working in specialist spaces and venues that may be larger than a regular Ballroom requires some training and risk awareness. With a focus on safety we regularly liaise with our supplier group to inform and update them on developments at the CNCC-II as well as introducing them to new equipment ensuring their operators have the training and skills to operate within our venue. We are happy to provide you with introductions to our knowledgeable suppliers and also to work with your regular suppliers once they have undertaken our short proficiency training on the venue specifics.

At the CNCC-II we provide for the needs of the public and invited guests of your events. There is a Concierge counter in the Main Arrival Hall providing guidance to the various events running in-house. They can also provide maps, public transport and touristic information as well as a short list of day tour bookings. Located on Level 1 is our Business Center with a quiet reading area, office and letter mailing services plus a small meeting room that can be booked for ad hoc meetings.
