CONVENTIONS
The meeting facilities in CNCC-II are designed to modern international conference standards. The flexible meeting space provides conference areas, rest areas, exhibition halls and catering spaces. Independent spaces for high-level VIP activities can also be created. Due to entrances and circulation spaces several events can be designed to be held at the same time without affecting one another.
Level 1 has a 7,300m2 column free plenary hall and a 2,300m2 ground lobby with a 26 meter ceiling height.
Level 2 has multi-function meeting rooms with areas ranging from 300m2 to 2,000m2 and a large foyer, which can undertake meetings, forums and other events of different scales for 30-20,000 people at the same time.
Level 3 is purpose built for high level meetings and events. It features a 5,000m2 Grand Ballroom, a 3,000m2 Summit Hall and a 2,600m2 Round Ballroom with adjoining rooftop gardens. The modern style garden has an area of 6,000 m2 and the traditional Chinese style garden has an area of 3,500m2. Both gardens have an openable glass roof of 3,000m2 to protect guests from inclement weather conditions.

CATERING & BANQUETING
Providing both a variety of Chinese regional cuisines and Western kitchens the Center’s culinary team will work with you to design the appropriate food service. Entice your guests with a selection of delicious treats to suit all occasions, from coffee breaks and canapés to dinner receptions and grand banquets.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Having served as the Main Media Center of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, CNCC-II's in-house security systems and services have a proven track record of reliability for public and private events.
PREFERRED SUPPLIERS
Safety is the primary focus of CNCC-II event operations. Whilst we provide a comprehensive in-house series of support services we regularly communicate with key suppliers. We inform them of the development of services and regularly run training courses to introduce the latest equipment so as to ensure that these operators also have the required level of experience of the in-house team. We can recommend locally based accredited professional and experienced suppliers to the host, work with the hosts regular suppliers and provide short-term skill training related to on-site requirements.
