VENUE FACILITIES

Visiting or attending events at CNCC-II could not be easier and we aim to provide support services for all our guests. Around the venue you will find a series of catering outlets from simple coffee stalls, fast food to themed restaurants as well as quiet places to sit and read. Our Concierge is available in the Main Arrival Hall to guide you on the smoothest route to the event you are attending and can advise on the location of facilities you may be needing.

Underground Business Street

The underground business street, located on Level B1, is positioned to focus on exhibitions, serve the surrounding areas, and create a new leisure and social space with a sense of quality and artistic atmosphere through catering themes and culture.

Business Center

Our Business Center includes a quiet reading area, office and letter mailing services plus a small meeting room that can be booked for ad hoc meetings.

Cloakrooms

There are permanent Cloakrooms located in the Main Arrival Hall. In addition there are temporary event specific Cloakrooms set up by arrangement with the event organiser – please check with the Concierge for these locations.

Information Desk

Located next to the Concierge Desk in the Main Arrival Hall the Information Desk provides guidance for getting around the City and can book day trips and short tours to Visitor Attractions. It can also book Airport and Hotel transfers by arrangement with Organisers.

Robot Family

The robot family includes three types of robots: guiding robot, meal delivery/material delivery/cruising robot and waste cleaning robot.

Guiding robot

Robots that provide guidance, explanation and consultation services to visitors. Visitors can scan the QR code on the signboard in the building space through WeChat or CNCC-II app to call the robot to a designated place and get guidance.

Meal delivery/material delivery/cruising robot

Robots that provides meals and goods delivery services to visitors. At the same time, the epidemic prevention materials (masks, disinfection paper towels, etc.) are distributed free of charge through the cruising ability. Visitors can stop the robot at any time and take epidemic prevention materials from the robot.

Waste cleaning robot

Robots that provide garbage cleaning services to the venue. The robot can automatically open the door, detect whether the garbage in the bucket is full, and move to garbage collection points to inform the waste cleaning staff for cleaning and transportation.
